Ted’s Tea Party in October was a sell out with the audience overflowing into the Deeley Room (a prime location next to the surplus cakes and buns!) Ted’s Mum (Judith Barganski), ably assisted by friends and relatives’ provided the home baked, scrumptiously delicious cakes and bakes while Ted compèred the afternoon with entertainment provided by relatives, friends, and members from Tone Apart and the Sterndale Singers.

Sister,Anna, plus her friends, Milli, Abigail, and Grace, performed a very entertaining Medley from Matilda, assisted by little Issy who stole everyone’s heart!. There were several teenage solos with Grace on viola, Beth blowing trumpet, Naomi on Cello and young Ted giving a show stopping performance on his trumpet.

A very entertaining afternoon indeed!

Ted raised over £580 to go towards funding his trip to Kerala next year. He is on the home straight now - just a few hundred pounds to go, which he hopes to raise by selling his homemade Christmas cards and a new range of chocolates with festive flavours.
