Child Dedication

This is a ceremony to celebrate a young child. Other terms often used: Blessing, Christening, Naming, Welcoming or Dedication. Child Dedications most commonly contain the use of symbols such as water (symbolizing purity) flowers (growth, life, beauty).

Ceremonies like these are also appropriate for adopted children welcoming them into the family
